DescriptionPrerequisite or Corequisite: ENC1101, PSY2012, humanities elective. This course is designed to introduce the registered nurse or nursing student to perioperative nursing with a focus on the interoperative component. This course includes an introduction to surgical technique. There is an additional cooperative clinical/lab component that is available under cooperative education for hands on experience in the surgical setting.
