DescriptionPrerequisite: DIG3525. This course prepares the student for professional production within the corporate/informational realm, with particular attention toward a documentary-style narrative structure. This course covers the expansion upon production skills, theoretical knowledge, and overview of digital media with advanced projects, creative exploration, and application of theoretical ideas. Students will work as a production team in developing a finished professional product for use in their portfolio. Students will experience hands-on instruction in advanced camera work, lighting, and audio; students will also work extensively with Adobe editing software, with an introduction to Adobe After Effects for basic compositing and effects work.
